This agreement by and between Mooiatti Partner Reseller or Partner Creator (PARTNER) and Mooiatti (MOOIATTI) shall commence on date that is signed up, which will be considered agreed by both parties.
1. Scope of Engagement
The MOOIATTI will supply the following services to the PARTNER.
Registration of PARTNER Dashboard or Tool to Enroll PARTNER’s Products Dashboard or Tool to Show The Status of Orders and Sales History Periodic Report of Market Trends Review of Product Description and Photos Translation of Product Description Transportation of Product (from designated warehouse to the door of purchaser)Documentation to Export Documentation of Customs Clearance Arrangement of Local Transportation in Target Market Handling of Local Currency in Target Market Transferring the Amount of Payment after Deduction of Commission Handling of Customer Support in Target Market Site Management Mobile Application Management
The PARTNER will supply the following products and services to the MOOIATTI.
Enroll Product(s) with Description and Photos Update the Contents of Product Upon Request Cleaning the Ordered Product Packing the Ordered Product to Provide Safety for a Long Distance Transportation Delivery to the Designated Warehouse Prepare Invoices In-Time Answer to the Inquiries Related to Order or Product
The PARTNER and The MOOIATTI will do their best to do the following efforts.
Provide the Market-Fit Product with Best Condition Resolve the Dispute Resolve the Broken Product on Delivery.
2. Role of PARTNER
2.1 Shop Registration
PARTNER is required to provide the information such as;
1) Name of Shop (or Brand) 2) Name of Owner 3) Contact Person 4) Representative E-Mail Address 5) Representative Phone Number 6) Address 7) Description of PARTNER 8) Photo of Shop 9) Photo of Owner (or Founder) 10) Specialties
2.2 Product Registration
PARTNER is required to provide the information such as;
1) Accurate description of product 2) Detailed photos 3) Cover photo with white background or transparent background 4) Name of designer 5) Name of producer 6) Estimated production year 7) Material & Color 8) Dimension in Cm 9) Weight in Kg 10) Price in Euro (Without Sales Tax or VAT) 11) Note of condition 12) Description of any notable points 13) Additional information upon request
Product registration should be done by PARTNER using MOOIATTI’s Dashboard for Partner.
MOOIATTI relies on the PARTNER for the information above and PARTNER is solely responsible for any incorrect information.
PARTNER has a responsibility to remedy the damage or loss due to any fake or incorrectly informed product.
2.3 Order Processing
Once an order is made from MOOIATTI, all the required information for order processing will be shared with PARTNER at the same time. PARTNER is required to handle the order immediately.
In case the order can not be processed due to no stock availability, PARTNER is required to report it immediately to MOOIATTI and update the stock status of the product in due course.
2.4 Packing Ordered Product
PARTNER is required to keep the product as seen in the description and photos. The ordered product is needed to be cleaned and packed to ensure dust protection and long-distance transportation using appropriate methods and materials.
2.5 Delivery
PARTNER is responsible for the transportation of the ordered product to the warehouse designated by MOOIATTI.
Every ordered product is required to be arrived at the designated location within 17 days unless otherwise mutually agreed.
PARTNER arranges the transportation and bear the cost to the designated warehouse.
3. Payment
When the order is placed, MOOIATTI confirms the actual payment in local currency. MOOIATTI converts the amount in local currency to Euros (€) and PARTNER is free from any possible loss due to currency fluctuations.
PARTNER is expected to receive the amount (agreed price to sell - commission) in 3 weeks at the latest.
4. Commission
The commission may be updated reflecting the situation of the market and change of terms and conditions.
The rate of commission is varied according to the market situation and PARTNER’s score.MOOIATTI monitors all the number of orders, satisfaction from purchaser, condition of product, condition of packing, review score, etc., which are used to calculate PARTNER’s score. The high-ranked PARTNER is endowed with a better rate of commission.
5. Intellectual property
All the information including text, image, audio and video provided by PARTNER, MOOIATTI has a right to use or modify it for marketing purpose as long as the agreement is valid.
PARTNER has a permission to use the trademark of MOOIATTI and Commercial Image materials as long as the agreement is valid.
6. Termination of Partner Agreement
This agreement can be terminated immediately by MOOIATTI when any of the following circumstances is found.
- Not original or genuine product - Repeated failure to process orders - Wrong or fake information of the registered product - Missing description or photos which are critical to the decision of purchasing - Usage of copyrighted contents including photo and text without permission - Repeated bad review score of the ordered product from the PARTNER.
